Shop Local This Christmas

1 – Shop Local this Christmas is a Trade Promotion Lottery conducted by the Jurien Bay Community Resource Centre, under the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987, Section 102, in accordance with Regulation 36A and Schedule 5 of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988.

2 – Prizes consist of one gift voucher from each participating store. Entries are specific to each store. One entry will be chosen at random from the total number of entries at each store, to win the gift voucher to spend at that store.

3 – Vouchers are not transferrable and must be spent in full unless the issuing store determines otherwise.

4 – The name and phone number of each entrant is retained purely for the purposes of conducting the lottery, and to meet the requirements of the Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 and the Gaming and Wagering Commission Regulations 1988.

5 – Multiple entries are permitted; only one entry per purchase.

6 – Competition closes at 12 noon on Friday 16 December 2022. Prizes drawn at 3 pm on Friday 16 December 2022.
