What does the job involve?

Truckers Pty Ltd t/a Cervantes Bar and Bistro (‘CBB’) is a full-service licenced venue with an extensive menu and table service for its guests. Meals are prepared onsite in our kitchens. We are located in Cervantes WA. Our business is located close to WA’s most visited icon being the limestone pinnacles. We are seeking the services of a Chef to join our team on a full time basis. Based in Cervantes, WA you will be reporting to the head chef and the manager. Your tasks will include:
A knowledge of basic budgeting and costing is desirable. The successful candidate must have at least three year’s relevant experience as a Chef or related occupation and/or hold at least a Trade Certificate or relevant Certificate III or IV in this field (or related discipline) plus two years experience. Remuneration for the position will be between $55-65K plus super.
