The Care Coordinator’s primary role will be to ensure the achievement of quality home and community care and support outcomes for clients which are personalized, timely and effective whilst meeting the client’s needs as set out in their signed service plan and clinical care plan.

The Transport & Distribution Worker role is a critical and dynamic role, with key working relationships with the Logistic team, the GFC depots and GFC fishermen. Physical fitness is a requirement as the role includes loading and unloading the trucks with baskets of lobsters, bait and fishing supplies which can weigh up to 30 kilos each. It is preferable that Transport & Distribution Workers have flexible availability as the working hours are outside "regular office hours" including afternoons, evenings, nights, and weekends and occasionally shifts may be assigned with short notice.
