We are looking for an experienced Sous Chef & Chef De Partie to join our team
We offer local fresh seafood with fish & lobster straight off the boat. We source all we can locally including Wagyu farm direct. Our chef's work closely with the manager to maintain our excellent reputation as a great venue for everyone to enjoy.

Skills and experience
Must have minimum 2 years experience as a Chef in a busy environment in a Western kitchen
Ability to cook and present foods of all types, based on the venues recipes to a consistently high standard
Confidence to produce new specials and menu ideas
An understanding of GP's
Work in a team on a busy line & unsupervised when required
Comply with and enforce health and safety standards
Punctual neat & tidy appearance
