 About the Role

    We are seeking a skilled and motivated Chef to oversee kitchen operations and help deliver exceptional dining experiences at Jurien Bay Beach Café. This is a full‑time position based in Jurien Bay, WA. 

 What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead and support the kitchen team, including planning, coordinating, and supervising all food preparation
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service
  • Ensure a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment in line with all regulations
  • Work collaboratively within a small, close‑knit restaurant team
  • Assist with ordering and stock control
  • Contribute across Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner services
  • Communicate effectively with FOH staff to ensure smooth service

 What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Chef
  • Strong culinary skills and a passion for creating innovative, flavoursome dishes
  • Confident leadership and people‑management abilities
  • Excellent time‑management and organisational skills
  • Solid understanding of food safety and hygiene

 About the Role

 As the Maintenance Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance at our Jurien Bay Retirement Village. You will manage relationship with external contractors for specialised services and handle resource allocation. You will conduct regular inspection, enforce health and safety protocols and ensure work meet all relevant legislative requirements and standards. 

 Key Responsibilities:

  •  Leads and manages the maintenance team, ensures efficient work allocation, scheduling execution of tasks to deliver statutory, preventative & corrective facility maintenance.
  • Oversees the maintenance of cleanliness, functionality and orderly presentation of gardens and common areas across Bolton Clarke Aged Care Facility or Retirement Village.
  • Conducts regular inspections to oversee the maintenance delivery according to relevant legislative codes and standards such as aged care workplace health and safety, manual handling and environmental management principles.
  • Ensures efficient and cost-effective procurement practices, including obtaining quotes, issuing purchase orders, and managing invoice processing to Optimise resource allocation.

 About the Role

We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our Jurien Bay subcenter on a 1 year Fixed-Term Part-time with the potential for extension, working 20 hours per week, every Tuesday & Thursday 09:00-15:30, and Wednesday & Friday 09:00-13:00.

You will be required to conduct a variety of administration duties for the district office whilst continually providing the highest level of customer service to both internal and external customers.

 What You’ll Do:

  • Provide a high level of support to internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate the Community Transport Vehicle inc. bookings, payments & vehicle servicing/maintenance.
  • Direct, process and action queries and communication in a timely manner to ensure the region, Sub Centre and customer requirements are met.
  • Process invoices and local customer payments as required for the Subcentre.
  • Provide support to the volunteer Sub Centres including bank reconciliations, placing orders and accounts payable tasks, head centre account queries, outstanding debtor follow up.
  • Supports First Aid Training, Sales and Services of First Aid Kits.
  • Assist the Regional Finance Coordinator with End of Month processing and financial/audit enquires
  • Conduct accounts duties which include the following:
    • Creditor Accounts – prepare purchase orders, process payments and invoice scanning.
    • Bank and investment reconciliations.
    • Receipting of customer payments.
    • Liaising with debtors/customers/sponsors to ensure receipts are received within payment terms.
    • Day to Day banking.
    • Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system.
    • Maintain financial files and records.
